A six-run seventh inning sealed an 11-5 win for the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs (4-11) over the Torrington Titans (8-9) on Saturday at Doyle Field.
The Torrington Titans had the lead early, but couldn't hold off the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs. The Torrington Titans led until the seventh inning, but the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs took the lead back when Josh Raymond was hit by a pitch.
Austin Sistrunk racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs. He singled in the sixth inning and doubled in the second and seventh innings.
Joey Gaouette got the win, running his season record to 1-0. Gaouette struck out three, walked none and gave up two hits.
Tom Quicker (0-3) took the loss for the Torrington Titans. He allowed six runs in one inning, walked one and struck out none.
