The Quebec (2-3) didn't put up much of a fight on Saturday, as the Quebec City (4-2) cruised to a blowout 11-1 win in six innings at Midget Municipal Stadium.
The Quebec City scored four runs in the sixth on a sacrifice fly by Felix Pelletier, an RBI single by Samuel DAnjou, an RBI single by Frederick DAmour, and an RBI double by David Glaude.
DAmour got a hit in each of his four at bats.
DAnjou's six strikeouts helped the Quebec City to the victory. DAnjou allowed one earned run on six hits and no walks over six innings.
Philippe Saad (0-1) took the loss for the Quebec. He lasted just 3 2/3 innings, walked four, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
Maxime Martin-Gagnon, William Robitaille, DAmour and Brandon Lecours helped lead the Quebec City. They combined for seven hits and five RBIs.
