Rick Murray hit three home runs to carry the Kitchener Panthers (15-17) to a 12-7 win over the Barrie Baycats (17-15) at Jack Couch Park.

Jeff Cowan racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Barrie Baycats. He homered in the fifth innings.

Ryan Schwenn recorded his first win for the Kitchener Panthers even though he allowed five runs over five innings. Schwenn struck out one, walked three and gave up four hits.

Ryan Dillabough (1-3) took the loss for the Barrie Baycats. He allowed eight runs in 2 2/3 innings, walked none and struck out two.
