Pack showed a lot of potential in 2011 as the rookie showed excellent velocity, consistently in the low 90’s on his fastball. He ended up recording a 4.61 ERA in 22 regular season appearances for Joliet, without recording a decision. Pack went 8-1 with a 4.70 ERA in 25 appearances, all out of the bullpen with the Illinois Fighting Illini in 2011. He spent the previous four years at Villanova, where he appeared in 36 games and started 25. He finished his career at Villanova with a record of 7-11 and a 5.98 ERA in 134 innings.
