The top prospect out of Colorado and 23rd-ranked right-handed pitcher nationally according to Perfect Game, Carter joins the Bats this summer

with Vanderbilt teammate T.J. McKenzie, both of whom play for New Hampshire native Tim Corbin with the always-powerful Commodores in

the SEC. Carter made his collegiate debut in a memorable place - Honolulu, Hawaii - as he pitched a scoreless inning with two strikeouts against the

hosting Rainbow Warriors on March 5. Beyond his aforementioned prospect ranks, he was also a 2021 Perfect Game Preseason All-America and a

2019 Perfect Game Preseason Underclassmen All-America. Carter also played basketball at high school, where he was a 1,000 point scorerat Fairview.
