Hill, a left-handed junior pitcher, joins the Rafters after his first season at Eastern Michigan. The Flagstaff, AZ native spent his first two collegiate seasons at Phoenix College. Hill picked up four wins, a 2.81 ERA and 45 strike-outs over two seasons and 51 innings at the junior college level. The sport management major earned all-region honors while playing at Sunagua High School.
