David Hamlett came off the bench and never even had to swing his bat as Hamlett reached on a error in the nine to lead the California Glory (17-10) to a 6-5 win over the Sacramento Scorch (6-13) on Tuesday at Sierra College.

With the California Glory trailing by two, reached on an error.

The California Glory found themselves down in the ninth inning but managed to fight back and claim the win.

Wade Morton racked up three RBIs on one hit for the California Glory. He tripled in the ninth inning.

Andy Scott racked up three RBIs on three hits for the California Glory. He singled in the first and third innings and homered in the eighth inning.

Brandon Nicholson looked sharp on the mound. The Sacramento Scorch managed just one hit off of the the California Glory's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out one during his three innings of work.

Josh Hall was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just one inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed three runs.
