Sunday was a great day for Steve RaburnJr., as RaburnJr. tossed a shutout to carry the Hawaii Stars (17-13) to a 5-0 victory over the Sonoma County Grapes (10-20) at Wong Stadium.

The Hawaii Stars' RaburnJr. kept the Sonoma County Grapes off the scoreboard for all nine innings he was on the hill. He pitched a shutout, allowing no runs on three hits while striking out five.

Adam Jacobs was hot from the plate for the Hawaii Stars. Jacobs went 2-3 and scored one run. He doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the sixth inning.

Matthew Gibbs (2-5) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just 5 2/3 innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed five runs.
