The San Rafael Pacifics (24-12) trailed by five in the sixth, but Maikel Jova was able to capture the lead back with a single in the eleventh, spurring the San Rafael Pacifics to a 10-9 win in 11 innings over the Hawaii Stars (18-18) at Albert Park on Sunday.

With the score tied at nine in the eleventh inning, Jova came to the plate and singled, plating Steve Boggs.

Jova racked up two RBIs on two hits for the San Rafael Pacifics. He singled in the seventh and eleventh innings.

The two teams combined for 19 runs and 22 hits, including zero extra base hits. Relief pitchers got their fill of innings during the game, with the opposing managers using eight pitchers in total.

Matthew Durkin recorded his third win of the year for the San Rafael Pacifics. Durkin struck out none, walked none and gave up one hit.

Roman Martinez (0-1) took the loss for the Hawaii Stars. He lasted just five innings, walked one, struck out eight, and allowed two runs.
