Markus Duckworth went 2-4 as the DeKalb County Liners (17-10) took home an 8-5 victory over the Illinois Lincolns (15-10) at Founders Field on Friday.

Ashton Perritt had a hot bat for the Illinois Lincolns. Perritt went 2-3, drove in one and scored two runs. He doubled in the second innings and singled in the eighth inning.

John Gault recorded his third win of the year for the DeKalb County Liners. He allowed four runs over five innings. Gault struck out six, walked two and gave up seven hits.

Brian Krolikowski couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Illinois Lincolns, taking a loss. He lasted just five innings, walked four, struck out none, and allowed five runs.
