Pitchers had a tough day during the game between the No Mercy (12-10) and the Buckleys (12-10), as the two teams put up 20 runs combined in a 12-8 the No Mercy win.

The teams traded runs for most of the contest, leading to seven lead changes in the game.

Jamie Taylor put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the No Mercy. He tripled in the first inning and doubled in the fifth inning.

Rob Fleury had two extra-base hits for the Buckleys. He doubled in the first and fourth innings and singled in the seventh inning.

Joe Borrouso recorded his third win for the No Mercy even though he allowed eight runs over seven innings. Borrouso struck out one, walked three and gave up 13 hits.

Chris Fleury ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed 12 runs in six innings, walked five and struck out none.

The No Mercy's Joe Winiarz, Sammy Marcus, Taylor and Phil Savanna combined for 11 hits and six RBIs.
