The The Federation blew out the Stunners thanks to 15 hits, including zero extra base hits. The The Federation scored four runs in the sixth on a two-run double by Keith McCormackSr, a sacrifice fly by Jay Kurz, and an RBI triple by Ryan McCormack.
The game was back-and-forth heading into the sixth, with 10 lead changes.
Even though Greg Folden allowed 10 runs over seven innings he still recorded the victory, his first of the season. He struck out none, walked one and surrendered 19 hits.
Gary Hammel was charged with his fourth loss of the year. He allowed 16 runs in seven innings, walked nine and struck out none.
