An eight-run explosion in the third inning lifted the Shake N Bake COED (17-5) to a 13-7 win in seven innings over the scared hitless at 12 Pines on Sunday.

Pat Dileo Sr had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He homered in the third inning, singled in the first and fifth innings, and doubled in the seventh inning.

jeff ward racked up three RBIs on three hits for the scared hitless (4-19). He doubled in the second inning and singled in the first and sixth innings.

Pat Adams recorded his second win for the Shake N Bake COED even though he allowed seven runs over seven innings. He struck out one, walked three and surrendered 14 hits.

Matt Schwartz (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed 13 runs in seven innings, walked six and struck out one.
