Sean Kiernan drove in the winning run to give the THE MACHINE (14-9) the lead in the seventh inning, as the THE MACHINE hung on to beat the Stunners (15-8) 9-7 on Sunday.

With the score tied at five in the seventh inning, Kiernan came to the plate and homered, plating Matt Konig and Anthony Hilliard.

Kiernan racked up four RBIs on one hit for the THE MACHINE. He homered in the seventh inning.

The THE MACHINE held off the Stunners, as the Stunners were unable to overcome a four-run seventh inning deficit.

The Stunners scored two runs in the seventh on a two-run single by Scott Polizzano. Still, the Stunners couldn't catch the THE MACHINE.

Even though Tim Ortiz allowed seven runs over seven innings he still recorded the victory, his seventh of the season. Ortiz struck out none, walked none and gave up 17 hits.

Gary Hammel couldn't get it done on the hill for the Stunners, taking a loss. He allowed nine runs in seven innings, walked five and struck out none.
