The THE BREW CREW (13-7) jumped out to an early lead on the SLAMPIGS (0-19) and captured a 16-3 victory on Sunday at Airport #8.

The game was decided quickly as the THE BREW CREW exerted their will early with nine runs in the first three innings.

An RBI single by Brian Folderg, a two-run single by Jeff Plewka, an RBI single by Mike Kocherkevich, a three-run triple by Kevin Lewis, and an RBI single by Joe Young in the second inning supplied the early offense for the THE BREW CREW.

Lewis racked up five RBIs on three hits for the THE BREW CREW.

Dylan Schlerpich was solid at the plate for the SLAMPIGS. Schlerpich went 2-3, drove in one and scored one run. He tripled in the second inning and singled in the fourth inning.

The THE BREW CREW easily handled the SLAMPIGS pitching as seven hitters combined for 22 hits, 14 RBIs and 12 runs scored.
