Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Saturday as the TBDs (11-5) outscored the TNA Co-Ed (14-4) 15-8 in seven innings.
The teams totaled 32 hits in the game.
The TBDs blew out the TNA Co-Ed thanks to 18 hits, including zero extra base hits. The TBDs scored six runs in the fourth on an RBI double by Mike Dolly, an RBI single by Jamie Campos, , a sacrifice fly by Roy Mccloud, and an RBI single by Vic Alonzo.
Alonzo racked up five RBIs on four hits for the TBDs.
Pat Brown racked up three RBIs on two hits for the TNA Co-Ed. He singled in the fourth inning and homered in the sixth inning.
Campos recorded his second win for the TBDs even though he allowed eight runs over seven innings. He struck out none, walked two and surrendered 14 hits.
Chris Plapp (3-4) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed 15 runs in six innings, walked eight and struck out none.
The TBDs pounded the TNA Co-Ed pitching, as seven hitters combined for 16 hits, 13 RBIs and 14 runs scored.
