Ryan Schaefer went 6-6 at the plate to carry the MJM (13-3) to a 25-11 win over the ThE DiRtY BaNaNaS (5-10) at Raynor Park one in seven innings.

Six of the MJM's runs were scored thanks to timely hitting by Schaefer. He homered in the third inning, singled in the first and fifth innings, doubled in the second and seventh innings, and tripled in the seventh inning.

Both squads had things going at the plate, tallying 36 runs and 53 hits, including zero extra base hits.

Ten runs in the first three innings helped the MJM blow out the ThE DiRtY BaNaNaS. An RBI single by Jared Schmitt, an RBI single by John Rockfeld, and a sacrifice fly by John balk during the first inning and an RBI double by Schaefer, an RBI single by Schmitt, and an RBI double by Rich Glock in the second inning fueled the MJM's offense early.

Meith Leveroch racked up four RBIs on four hits for the ThE DiRtY BaNaNaS. He doubled in the first and third innings and singled in the fourth and sixth innings.

Even though Pat Caporo allowed 11 runs over seven innings he still recorded the victory. Caporo struck out one, walked none and gave up 21 hits.

Nicky Wets Viccaro (0-3) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed 25 runs in seven innings, walked four and struck out none.

The MJM pounded the ThE DiRtY BaNaNaS pitching, as eight hitters combined for 29 hits, 24 RBIs and 21 runs scored.
