Sunday was a great day for Tom Flynn, as he hit three home runs to carry the STONED SOUP (9-6) to an 18-0 victory over the Wise Guys (smith (1-15) at :Firemens Field In Lindenhurst in four innings.
Flynn racked up six RBIs on four hits for the STONED SOUP. He singled in the second inning and homered in the first and third innings.
Eighteen runs in the first three innings helped the STONED SOUP blow out the Wise Guys (smith. A solo home run by Flynn, a three-run home run by Joe Puglise, an RBI single by Chris Sobeck, a two-run single by Sean Dimarco, and a two-run home run by Flynn during the first inning and an RBI single by Sobeck in the second inning supplied the early offense for the STONED SOUP.
Dan Alaimo improved to 4-0 on the year by picking up the win for the STONED SOUP. He struck out none, walked none and surrendered five hits.
Shane Gallo was charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed 18 runs in 2 2/3 innings, walked two and struck out none.
