Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Sunday as the Body Shot (9-7) outscored the Shake N Bake COED (11-3) 10-9 in seven innings.

The two teams combined for 36 hits in the game.

The Body Shot staved off the Shake N Bake COED as the Shake N Bake COED were unable to match the Body Shot down the stretch.

The Shake N Bake COED scored on an RBI single by Alex Rodriguez in the fifth inning and , a sacrifice fly by Rodriguez, an RBI single by Stephanie Hannigan, and an RBI single by Steve Scala in the seventh inning. Still, the Shake N Bake COED couldn't draw even.

Greg Davidson racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Body Shot. He singled in the first and third innings and tripled in the fifth inning.

Howie Klein recorded his fifth win for the Body Shot even though he allowed nine runs over seven innings. He struck out one, walked one and surrendered 19 hits.

Pat Adams couldn't get it done on the bump for the Shake N Bake COED, taking a loss. He allowed 10 runs in seven innings, walked one and struck out five.
