A two-run double by Mike Colon and an RBI single by Dylan Jewell during the first inning and a two-run single by Neil Hassett, a two-run double by Ron Hassett, and a three-run home run by Andrew Jansen in the second inning helped the Filthy Bastards put some runs on the board early.
