The Easton Fection (6-6) built an early lead against the brawlers (bracco (6-8), scoring six runs in the first inning, en route to a 7-2 win on Wednesday at Broadway Ave Park.

Rich Thomas racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Easton Fection. He singled in the first and fifth innings.

Derek Gremaux got the win, running his season record to 2-2. He allowed two runs over seven innings. He struck out none, walked four and surrendered eight hits.

Cole Malsky ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in six innings, walked one and struck out one.
