The Top Gun (3-8) failed to take advantage of Phil Corso's effort at the plate on Tuesday, losing 25-17 to the Lezbros (7-4) in seven innings at Heckscher St. two.

Corso blasted two home runs for the Top Gun. Corso went 3-5 in the game with two RBIs and three runs scored. Corso homered in the sixth and seventh innings.

The two teams combined for 42 runs and 47 hits, including zero extra base hits.

Nineteen runs in the first three innings helped the Lezbros blow out the Top Gun. An RBI double by Rob Anderson, an RBI triple by Shawn Brolly, an RBI single by Aj Demichael, an RBI triple by Chris Stone, and an RBI single by Rocky FAmiglietti during the first inning and a two-run triple by Anderson, an RBI single by Brolly, and an RBI triple by Demichael in the second inning fueled the Lezbros' offense early.

Stone racked up five RBIs on three hits for the Lezbros.

FAmiglietti got his fourth win for the Lezbros despite allowing 17 runs over seven innings. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered 20 hits.

Tom Williamson (2-2) took the loss for the Top Gun. He allowed 25 runs in seven innings, walked four and struck out none.

The Lezbros hammered the Top Gun pitching as eight hitters had a field day, combining for 24 hits, 22 RBIs and 22 runs scored.
