The DTB Express (2-9) didn't have a chance on Tuesday, as the 12 Angry Men (6-5) won in blowout fashion, 26-6 in five innings at Heckscher St. three.

The 12 Angry Men scored nine runs in the fifth on an RBI single by Jeff Almonaite, a home run by Joe Vicino, a three-run triple by Matt Cascarella, and an RBI single by Juan Cruz.

Marc Vitale racked up five RBIs on four hits for the 12 Angry Men. He tripled in the first inning, homered in the fourth inning, and singled in the second and fifth innings.

Jim Paprocky racked up two RBIs on one hit for the DTB Express. He homered in the third inning.

Vitale got his second win for the 12 Angry Men despite allowing six runs over five innings. He struck out one, walked five and surrendered 10 hits.

Artie Pierus couldn't get it done on the bump for the DTB Express, taking a loss. He allowed 26 runs in five innings, walked 11 and struck out none.

The 12 Angry Men hammered the DTB Express pitching as nine hitters had a field day, combining for 22 hits, 25 RBIs and 26 runs scored.
