Three first-inning runs helped the Men of Color (7-6) to a 4-1 win over the Legion of Doom (6-7) at Levitt Field on Sunday.
Danny Devita improved to 4-5 on the year by picking up the win for the Men of Color. He allowed one run over seven innings. Devita struck out two, walked one and gave up 10 hits.
Nelson Vazquez ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just seven innings, walked four, struck out none, and allowed four runs.
