The Road KIll (4-3) didn't have a chance on Monday, as the Polar Beers (8-4) won in blowout fashion, 8-1 in seven innings at East Islip Marina.

The Polar Beers scored three runs in the sixth on a two-run single by Nicole Borgor and a sacrifice fly by Greg Messina.

Messina went a perfect 3-3 at the dish for the Polar Beers.

Matt Stoller picked up the win for the Polar Beers. Stoller allowed no earned runs, five hits and three walks while striking out one over seven innings of work.

Rich Jensen was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed eight runs in seven innings, walked one and struck out three.
