The toon squad (14-5) outlasted the Id Hit It (11-6) on Saturday after five lead changes, squeaking out a 4-3 win at Raynor one.

The toon squad were led by a flawless day at the dish by PJ Haines, who went 3-3 against the Id Hit It's pitching. He singled in the first and third innings and tripled in the fifth inning.

Caroline Ryan went a perfect 3-3 at the dish for the Id Hit It. He singled in the second, fourth, and sixth innings.

Mike Pickett recorded his first win of the year for the toon squad. He allowed three runs over seven innings. He struck out one, walked three and surrendered 13 hits.

Bren Bates Sr (0-1) took the loss for the Id Hit It. He lasted just 6 2/3 innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
