Livingston's walk-off single send the Madison Mallards home winners, 7-6

A walk-off single from Jack Livingston brought home the winning run for the Madison Mallards (39-30) in a 7-6 victory over the Wisconsin Woodchucks at Warner Park on Saturday.

The Madison Mallards were led by Jeff Zimmerman's hitting. Zimmerman went 3-4, drove in one and scored two runs. He singled in the first, third, and fifth innings.

Trevor Foss handled the Wisconsin Woodchucks (42-27)'s lineup with ease, racking up 10 strikeouts. Foss allowed three earned runs on six hits and four walks over seven innings.

Brooks Braga got a hit in each of his two at bats. He singled in the third and fifth innings.

Sam Forkert recorded his second win of the year for the Madison Mallards. Forkert struck out two, walked none and gave up one hit.

Pascal Paul ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed one run.
