The Green Bay Bullfrogs (32-32) and the Battle Creek Bombers (23-41) exchanged the lead five times on Monday, but the Green Bay Bullfrogs ended up on top with a 5-2 win over the Battle Creek Bombers.

The Green Bay Bullfrogs took the lead in the fifth inning and held on for the victory. A groundout by Brian Celsi scored Alex Abrams and gave the Green Bay Bullfrogs the lead for good.

Collin Shaw had two extra-base hits for the Green Bay Bullfrogs. He doubled in the third and fifth innings.

The Battle Creek Bombers' lineup had no answer for Mac Acker. Acker held the Battle Creek Bombers hitless over 1 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two.

Dylan Mendoza recorded his first win of the year for the Green Bay Bullfrogs. He allowed two runs over 5 2/3 innings. He struck out three, walked one and surrendered six hits.

Kyle Teague ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his sixth loss of the year. He lasted just six innings, walked three, struck out five, and allowed three runs.
