Four first-inning runs helped the Duluth Huskies (32-24) to a 7-5 win over the Rochester Honkers (23-33) at Mayo Field on Saturday.

The Rochester Honkers scored on a wild pitch in the first inning, a groundout by Justin Protacio in the second inning, and a wild pitch, a passed ball, and an RBI single by Brandon Defazio in the seventh inning. Despite their efforts, the Rochester Honkers couldn't finish the comeback.
Brandon Jackson racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Duluth Huskies. He singled in the first inning and homered in the third inning.
Joey Webb kept contact to a minimum, striking out six the Rochester Honkers batters. Webb allowed two earned runs on five hits and one walk over six innings.
Nick Dolsky was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just one inning, walked three, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
