Jerrick Suiter racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Thunder Bay Border Cats. He singled in the second inning and doubled in the fifth inning.
Blake Fonfara recorded his fourth win of the year for the Thunder Bay Border Cats. He allowed three runs over six innings. He struck out three, walked two and surrendered four hits.
Zach Hirsch ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed nine runs in 4 2/3 innings, walked none and struck out two.
