Jason Hoppe kept the Green Bay Bullfrogs (28-24) off the board during his six innings of work and the Lakeshore Chinooks (26-26) beat the Green Bay Bullfrogs, 4-2.
Hoppe struck out four and allowed one walk and six hits.
Scott Wilcox helped the Lakeshore Chinooks take the lead for good in the seventh inning. Ryan Krill singled to start the seventh. He then went from first to second on a single by Ryan Ussery. Finally, Wilcox came to the plate with the score tied at two in the seventh inning, and reached on an error, bringing home Krill.
Eric Aguilera had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He homered in the first inning and doubled in the fourth inning.
Alex Abrams couldn't get it done on the bump for the Green Bay Bullfrogs, taking a loss. He lasted just two innings, walked none, struck out three, and allowed two runs.
