The Lakeshore Chinooks get on top of the Green Bay Bullfrogs early but can't hang on in 4-2 loss

The Lakeshore Chinooks (25-26) jumped out to an early lead, but were unable to hold on and lost 4-2 to the Green Bay Bullfrogs (28-23) on Saturday.

While the Lakeshore Chinooks led until the ninth inning, the Green Bay Bullfrogs worked their way back and took the lead on a solo home run by Billy Moon.

Moon put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Green Bay Bullfrogs. He doubled in the sixth inning and homered in the ninth innings.

Bryce Bellin had an impressive outing against the Lakeshore Chinooks' lineup. Bellin gave up just three hits, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four during his four innings of work.

Bradley Wallace recorded his fifth win of the year for the Green Bay Bullfrogs. He struck out two, walked one and surrendered two hits.

Tyler Sparger (2-4) took the loss for the Lakeshore Chinooks. He lasted just 1 2/3 innings, walked three, struck out none, and allowed three runs.

The Green Bay Bullfrogs were sparked by Moon and Taylor Petersen, who teamed up for four hits and two RBIs.
