A walk-off single from Eric Filia- Snyder brought home the winning run for the Wisconsin Woodchucks (30-20) in a 4-3 victory over the Eau Claire Express (17-33) in 11 innings at Athletic Park on Friday.
Filia- Snyder racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Wisconsin Woodchucks. He singled in the fourth, sixth, and eleventh innings.
Austin Stadler looked sharp on the mound. Stadler gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out six during his four innings of work.
Max Ising got the win, running his season record to 2-1. Ising struck out five, walked two and gave up two hits.
Matt Lynch ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just 2 1/3 innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed one run.
