A walk-off solo blast from Brian Anderson brought home the winning run for the Lakeshore Chinooks (18-19) in an 8-7 victory over the La Crosse Loggers (27-10) at Kapco Park on Friday.

Anderson racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Lakeshore Chinooks. He singled in the fourth and fifth innings and homered in the ninth inning.

The La Crosse Loggers' Jimmy Bosco was perfect at the dish, going 2-2. He doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the sixth inning.

Tyler Sparger got the win, running his season record to 2-3. He allowed one run over one inning. Sparger struck out one, walked none and gave up two hits.

Michael Swanner couldn't get it done on the hill for the La Crosse Loggers, taking a loss. He lasted just zero innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed one run.
