The Green Bay Bullfrogs offense too much for the Eau Claire Express in 17-2 rout

The Green Bay Bullfrogs (15-9) jumped out to an early lead on the Eau Claire Express (7-16) and captured a 17-2 victory on Thursday at Joannes Stadium.

With five runs in the first three innings, the Green Bay Bullfrogs left no doubt about the eventual outcome.

An error and a groundout by Justin Seager during the first inning helped the Green Bay Bullfrogs put some runs on the board early.

David Armendariz had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He doubled in the first inning, singled in the seventh inning, and tripled in the eighth inning.

The Green Bay Bullfrogs got the win thanks in large part to Bradley Wallace's dominant, nine-strikeout performance. Wallace allowed one earned run, six hits and two walks over seven innings.

The Eau Claire Express were led by Ty Forney's hitting. Forney went 3-4 and scored one run. He singled in the third, fifth, and seventh innings.

AJ Ladwig (0-4) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just three innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed five runs.

The Green Bay Bullfrogs hammered the Eau Claire Express pitching as six hitters had a field day, combining for 13 hits, 13 RBIs and 11 runs scored.
