Nick Ratajczak went 1-3 as the Mankato MoonDogs (17-5) took home a 3-1 victory over the Duluth Huskies (11-11) at Franklin Rogers Park on Wednesday.
He tripled in the seventh inning.Zach Hall got the win for the Mankato MoonDogs thanks to eight strikeouts. Hall allowed one earned run, five hits and two walks over six innings.
Despite the loss, the Duluth Huskies' A.J. McElderry dominated the Mankato MoonDogs' batters, giving up one run and striking out five.
Dylan Thomas (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just five innings, walked three, struck out four, and allowed two runs.
