Steve Weber kept the Mankato MoonDogs (10-5) off the board during his five innings of work and the Alexandria Beetles (5-9) beat the Mankato MoonDogs, 6-4.

Weber allowed three hits, one walk and struck out five.

Johnny Tolson pushed the Alexandria Beetles ahead, in the sixth inning, and the lead lasted until the final out. Tanner Vavra to start the sixth. He then went from second to third on a single by Josh Carpenter. Finally, Tolson came to the plate with the Alexandria Beetles trailing by one in the sixth inning, and reached on an error, scoring Vavra.

Tolson was solid at the plate for the Alexandria Beetles. Tolson went 2-5, drove in one and scored two runs. He singled in the first inning and doubled in the fifth inning.

The Alexandria Beetles held off the Mankato MoonDogs, as the Mankato MoonDogs were unable to overcome a three-run sixth inning deficit.

The Mankato MoonDogs scored one run in the ninth on an RBI single by Nick Ratajczak. Still, the Mankato MoonDogs couldn't draw even.

Trevor Belicek couldn't get it done on the bump for the Mankato MoonDogs, taking a loss. He lasted just three innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
