Brett Andrzejewski pitched lights out for the Waterloo Bucks. Andrzejewski held the Rochester Honkers hitless over 1 2/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two.

A bright spot for the Rochester Honkers in the defeat was D.J. Snelten, who allowed only two runs while striking out five.

Brock Hudgens recorded his second win of the year for the Waterloo Bucks. He allowed three runs over six innings. Hudgens struck out six, walked two and gave up seven hits.
