A magnificent effort by Michael Suiter led the Duluth Huskies (8-4) to a 16-3 win over the Waterloo Bucks (8-4) on Sunday at Riverfront Stadium-Waterloo,IA.

Suiter racked up six RBIs on three hits for the Duluth Huskies. He homered in the first and fourth innings and singled in the sixth inning.

Five runs in the first three innings helped the Duluth Huskies blow out the Waterloo Bucks. A two-run home run by Suiter and an RBI double by Treyson Vavra during the first inning and a two-run single by James Ramsay in the second inning fueled the Duluth Huskies' offense early.

Joey Novak picked up the win for the Duluth Huskies. Novak allowed one earned run, four hits and three walks while striking out four over 5 2/3 innings of work.

Jordan Adams racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Waterloo Bucks. He homered in the eighth inning.

Jake Powers (0-1) took the loss for the Waterloo Bucks. He allowed eight runs in four innings, walked five and struck out five.

The Duluth Huskies pounded the Waterloo Bucks pitching, as six hitters combined for 14 hits, 13 RBIs and 13 runs scored.
