A walk-off three-run blast from Reid Roper brought home the winning run for the Rochester Honkers (13-19) in a 7-6 victory over the Mankato MoonDogs (25-7) at Mayo Field on Sunday.

Roper racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Rochester Honkers. He homered in the ninth inning.

The Mankato MoonDogs' lineup had no answer for Brandon Zywicki. Zywicki held the Mankato MoonDogs hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four.

Reid Love recorded the win for the Rochester Honkers. He allowed two runs over two innings. He struck out two, walked one and surrendered three hits.

Patrick Goelz (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just one inning, walked none, struck out three, and allowed five runs.
