The Rochester Honkers (13-19) were never able to get over the hump and overcome their troubles against the Duluth Huskies (16-14) on Wednesday, as the Rochester Honkers fell 3-2 at Wade Stadium after falling behind by two runs in the fourth inning.

The Rochester Honkers scored one run in the eighth on an RBI double by Adam Giacalone. Unfortunately, the Rochester Honkers weren't able to take the lead back.

Luke Campbell got on base three times in the game for the Duluth Huskies. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the fourth and eighth innings.

Evan Geist's seven strikeouts were enough to push the Duluth Huskies past the Rochester Honkers. Geist allowed no earned runs, three hits and three walks over six innings.

D.J. Snelten ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed three runs.
