Matt McDaniel kept the St. Cloud Rox (2-5) off the board during his six innings of work and the Mankato MoonDogs (5-2) beat the St. Cloud Rox, 5-0.

McDaniel allowed three hits, two walks and struck out seven.

The Mankato MoonDogs were led by Garrett Fischer's hitting. Fischer went 2-4 and scored two runs. He singled in the sixth and eighth innings.

Adam Martin was solid at the plate for the St. Cloud Rox. Martin went 3-4. He doubled in the sixth inning and singled in the second and eighth innings.

Ben Meyer couldn't get it done on the rubber for the St. Cloud Rox, taking a loss. He lasted just five innings, walked none, struck out four, and allowed three runs.
