Ty Taylor kept the Willmar Stingers (2-5) off the board during his six innings of work and the Mankato MoonDogs (5-2) beat the Willmar Stingers, 4-1.

Taylor allowed one hit, three walks and struck out none.

Kyle Turner rocked the Willmar Stingers with two home runs. Turner went 3-5 in the game with two RBIs and two runs scored. Turner homered in the first and fifth innings.

Andrew Pulido couldn't get it done on the bump for the Willmar Stingers, taking a loss. He lasted just four innings, walked one, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
