The Anchorage Glacier Pilots (0-5) weren't able to overcome the big hole they dug themselves into against the Anchorage Bucs (4-2), and the Anchorage Glacier Pilots lost 2-1 to the Anchorage Bucs after falling behind by two runs in the first inning.

The Anchorage Glacier Pilots scored one run in the fifth on a groundout by Caleb Natov. Despite their efforts, the Anchorage Glacier Pilots couldn't get over the hump.

Jordan Brink racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Anchorage Bucs. He homered in the first inning.

The Anchorage Glacier Pilots had no answer for Tanner Kichler, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The Anchorage Glacier Pilots managed just two hits off of the the Anchorage Bucs' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out three during his four innings of work.

Collin Ferguson got it done on the hill on the way to a win. He allowed one run over three innings. Ferguson struck out one, walked none and gave up no hits.

John Richy was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked none, struck out five, and allowed two runs.
