The Anchorage Bucs (18-16) and the Matsu Miners (13-21) exchanged the lead seven times on Tuesday, but the Anchorage Bucs ended up on top with a 7-6 win over the Matsu Miners.

The Anchorage Bucs finally managed to grab the lead after a strong fifth inning. Scored Collin Ferguson and gave the Anchorage Bucs the lead for good.

Zach Esquerra racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Anchorage Bucs. He homered in the first inning and singled in the fifth and seventh innings.

The Matsu Miners had no answer for Bryant Holtmann, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The Matsu Miners managed just two hits off of Holtmann, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out one during his 3 1/3 innings of work.

Bill Cullen racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Matsu Miners. He tripled in the fifth inning.

Tyler Davis (0-4) took the loss for the Matsu Miners. He allowed seven runs in four innings, walked three and struck out seven.
