After six lead changes in Saturday's game at Fireman_apos;s Memorial Ballpar, the Atwater Aviators (18-13) finally pulled out a 4-3 win over the Alameda Merchants (14-11).

The Atwater Aviators pulled out the win thanks to a strong eighth inning. Scored Tyler Pfeffer and Joe Greco and gave the Atwater Aviators the lead for good.

Tyler Elrod improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Atwater Aviators. He struck out none, walked none and surrendered four hits.

Mark Scannell couldn't get it done on the bump for the Alameda Merchants, taking a loss. He lasted just one inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
