Sadler hit two home runs for the Kansas City T-Bones. Sadler went 2-5 in the game with five RBIs and two runs scored. Sadler homered in the first and eighth innings.
Seven runs in the opening three innings allowed the Kansas City T-Bones to easily put away the Newark Bears. An RBI single by Brandon Jones and a two-run home run by Sadler in the first inning fueled the Kansas City T-Bones' offense early.
Orlando Mercado racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Newark Bears. He singled in the third and seventh innings and doubled in the eighth inning.
Devin Anderson recorded the win for the Kansas City T-Bones. He allowed two runs over seven innings. He struck out two, walked none and surrendered eight hits.
Omar Javier ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. He allowed seven runs in four innings, walked three and struck out three.
