Jared McDonald had two extra-base hits for the Wichita Wingnuts. He doubled in the sixth inning and tripled in the seventh inning.

Stephen Hiscock got the win, running his season record to 5-6. He allowed three runs over five innings. He struck out one, walked four and surrendered seven hits.

Ryan Hinson (8-8) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed eight runs in seven innings, walked one and struck out three.
