Anthony Scelfo brought home the winning run to give the Laredo Lemurs (42-43) the lead in the seventh inning, as the Laredo Lemurs hung on to beat the Kansas City T-Bones (44-42) 4-1 on Saturday.

After Stephen Pearson singled, Scelfo came to the plate with zero outs in the seventh and singled, scoring Pearson.

Palmer Karr Jr. reached base three times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the fifth and ninth innings.

Mark Haynes handled the Kansas City T-Bones' lineup with ease, racking up eight strikeouts. Haynes allowed one earned run, two hits and five walks over five innings.

Chaz Roe improved to 3-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Laredo Lemurs. He struck out five, walked none and surrendered three hits.

Josh Rainwater couldn't get it done on the hill for the Kansas City T-Bones, taking a loss. He lasted just seven innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed three runs.
