A six-run explosion in the fourth inning carried the Laredo Lemurs (41-43) to an 8-1 win over the Kansas City T-Bones (44-41) at CommunityAmerica Ballpark on Friday.

Jimmy Mojica racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Laredo Lemurs. He doubled in the first inning and homered in the fourth inning.

Leonard Giammanco picked up the win for the Laredo Lemurs. Giammanco pitched nine innings and allowed one earned run, four hits and four walks while striking out four.

Brian Grening couldn't get it done on the hill for the Kansas City T-Bones, taking a loss. He allowed eight runs in seven innings, walked five and struck out five.
